Oleg Betin handed over keys from prefabs to the Tskhinval administration

Head of the Administration of the Tambov Oblast Oleg Betin met on the main square of Tskhinval with the local population. He arrived to South Ossetia on October 14 and signed a Protocol about cooperation with the President Eduard Kokoity.

He expressed gratitude to the population of South Ossetia for brevity and endurance which they displayed during the military aggression of Georgia.

In course of the meeting Oleg Betin handed over computer equipments and keys from company cars to heads of the editorships of the South-Ossetian Mass Media and to the Ministry of Culture of the RSO.

Head of the Administration of the Tambov Oblast also handed over keys from the first prefab for Tskhinval residents who suffered in course of the military activities to the Head of the Tskhinval Administration Robert Guliev. There will be several analogous houses according to Oleg Betin.

He also stressed that the Tambov Oblast will provide assistance and help available to the brotherly South Ossetia.

After the meeting with the population the delegation visited the South-Ossetian State University in the name of A. Tibilov to hand over books to the University library.
