After the military aggression of Georgia in South Ossetia, after non-stop bombardment of peaceful residents of Tskhinval with airplanes of the Military Air Forces a lot of unexploded shells are left in the town.
Armed forces of Russia being in the Republic of South Ossetia actively demine and defuse the shells and explosive devises left after the Georgian fascists. It has been defused several thousands of shells. But there are so many of them that the total cleaning of the battle zone has not been finished yet. In the night of September 29 approximately at 23.00 in the village Gudjabar bordering with Tskhinval in the south it took place a powerful explosion. As we were informed in the Interior Ministry of the RSO, “an unexploded shell resulted in that. It was left on the territory of the village after the military aggression of Georgia upon the RSO”. Fortunately there are no victims but on the eve a 13-year-old boy died as a result of shell explosion left by Georgian occupants. |
